Living Quarters never used, horse part just used 4 or 5 times. This trailer is loaded with all the extras you can put on one. Onan 4000 Generator with 35gal gas tank. 2 40# propane tanks on slide out, also spare tire on slide out. Everything is inclosed nothing on the outside.  Water tank for horses.

Center Hydraulic Jack, drop down feed doors and face guards,escape door, stud stall. Ramp over van doors in back.

L.Q. has Altanta walls and ceiling. TV Antenna w/power booster, 15" flat screen swival TV, DVD Player and outside speakers. 6 CU.Ft. Fridge, Microwave,double sink, 2 burner cooktop, fantastic fan. Wall Thermostat for AC and Heat. Skylight in big showe with glass door, toilet and sink.

This is a nice big bathroom and has door that goes in the horse area. Big awning with outside lights outside around trailer.

This trailer retailed for over $84,000 and I really need to sell it as it is just sitting here. I bought it in hopes of showing and was not able to do that so I am asking $65,000 for it. There are many more extras and I can send more pictures or would be happy to discuss it with you.
