Amber has the base genetics of our reference sire Stargates Roads Bud, with the addition of 3 major genetic lines over the last 8 years or so. She is the culmination of 15 years of careful selection of outside breeding lines to our kennel. Have a look at the stunning animals that are her heritage:
Our reference sire is Roads Bud. His genetics are in almost every puppy we breed. That is our foundation line.
We brought in genetics from Dakota (Pheasants Run Dakota Brown V) in 2004. He's the paternal grandsire.
We brought in Sophie (Stargates Silver Soprano) in 2002, she is the paternal grandame.
Amber's maternal grandsire is Daves Beauregard (Buddy) and his sire is Dozer (Troughton's Chocolate Dozer) a full blown working American Field retriever we brought into the line in 2003. Her maternal great grandame is Chases Rebound Special who we added to our line in 2001. Her maternal great great grandsire is Jake Monroe, added to our line in 2000.

Amber is good on the leash, always eager to go exploring. She is very close to walking at heel, sitting when the walk stops and resuming without prompting. She loves her tennis ball and most likely could make an excellent working retriever. Have a look:
